Cancelation Policy

At KB's Garage Gym, we value your time and commitment to improving your health and fitness. To ensure all clients have fair access to our training services, we uphold the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate.

• No-Show Penalty: Missing a session without notice will result in a charge of the full session rate.

• Emergencies: We offer a one-time leniency for emergencies, subject to our discretion.Trainer

• Cancellations: If a trainer cancels, clients will receive a complimentary session as compensation.
